The white Teflon cloth included with the machine is used to protect the T-shirt and the heating plate during the heat transfer process. Place the T-shirt on the bottom, then the heat transfer paper, and finally the Teflon cloth, to achieve the best results.

It is normal for the temperature to fluctuate slightly during the heat transfer process as the room-temperature T-shirt temporarily reduces the plate's temperature. However, the machine will automatically heat up to the set temperature within about a minute, and this small temperature range change will not affect the heat transfer.

A printer is not essential for using this heat press, as you can purchase heat transfer materials with your desired designs from the local market. However, if you choose to use a printer, it should be an Epson color inkjet printer, and the print paper and ink must be specifically designed for heat transfer applications.
